Terms of Service

Last updated 29 May 2026

These terms govern your use of Kanteen. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Kanteen on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that business.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.

Using the service

You may use Kanteen to build a menu, share a storefront, and manage orders for a legitimate food business.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, opening hours, and for fulfilling the orders you accept. Kanteen provides the tools; the agreement to supply food is between you and your customer.

Don't misuse the service — no unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Payments

Kanteen is free to start. Where paid features are offered in future, the applicable fees and billing terms will be shown before you opt in.

Kanteen does not process customer payments on your behalf; how you collect payment from your customers is up to you.

Availability

We work to keep Kanteen available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kanteen isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Kanteen and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
